If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund (in case of damaged goods), store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
We do not take returns from physical goods, unless good were damaged. We do not take returns of digital goods, though offer refunds of online courses, if you deliver us full explanation why the order has not met your needs. This needs to be done within 10 days of the purchase date. The purchase proof as receipt must be provided too.
To request a refund, please write us an email via email@example.com, including the receipt and full explanation why the order has not met your needs.
After receiving your email and evaluating the full explanation, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 14 days to process your return.
